Troy Arnold graduated from Campbell County High School in May 2009. From there, he attended the University of the Cumberlands. While at the Cumberlands, he was a member of the football team for four years and graduated with his Bachelor's in Business Administration in May 2013. He furthered his education at Cumberland University where he received his Master's in Business Administration in June 2014. After a short time in the business industry, he went back to school and earned his Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Tennessee Tech University in May 2019. He recently received his Ed.S. in Instructional Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University in July 2022.
Troy began his education career as a special education teacher at Campbell County High School in July 2016. He served in this role until receiving an assistant principal position at Campbell County High School in July 2022. He also serves as an assistant athletic director.
